Delivery by courier is usually carried out the next working day after receiving your order, however in some cases the delivery time can reach 2-4 working days.
In the Baltic countries we use Omniva and DPD parcel terminals.
For goods in our warehouse, this usually occurs within 1-2 working days for Latvia and 2-4 working days for Lithuania and Estonia.
If there are any delays, we will contact you after receiving your order.
Delivery to other EU countries may take 4-10 working days after order confirmation. We usually use EMS postal service for this option.
We provide tracking numbers for all Omniva, DPD and EMS shipments.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to transport companies due to increased traffic, such as during holidays. We promise to do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to the customer providing incorrect contact details.
